Why Low carbs?

Because with my age (not young anymore), I think my body can not stand some food. I was lactose intolerant, and there’s a Time I have so many issues with my stomach and maybe some light disease that come along with my age plus bad habit with big eaters.

Then 2015, tried smoothies vegetables and fruits eating styles. But at the end, due to lots of reasons including my delicious Indonesian meals. I eat and always feel hungry.

Never satisfied or feeling full, even I eat lots of fruits & vegetables. Those are healthy and give energy boost, but when I want to sleep. I feel hungry and, the result at some point…. I’m getting uncontrollable! Suddenly fat, and my weight was going to light obesity.

Then found out from my friend, who already lose some weight with ketofastosis.

Low carbs world, since about 4 months ago are my eating styles. I still like the way it works, still amaze and still curious how, why, when and other questions that I’m still searching.

Learning by doing, and for sure I lose some weight already with MyKeto kind of style. I’m losing some inches, face or my belly getting smaller and tighter. It’s awesome and I’m still trying to get a better result.

Avocado 🥑 , Cheese 🧀 , high fat stuff are still my fave 😍
