“konsep ketogenic” = less carbs like 5%, 75% fat ; 20% protein
Pagi: alpokat, kacang mede, sedikit dark coklat dan tea with a tauch of madu
Siang: kukusan telor campur keju, susu almond-klapa, jamur, daun kol hijau dan dihias dgn bakso urat dan minumnya chococino caramel tanpa gula
Malem: daging bumbu mosterd-BBQ sauce, pake nasi konjac plus bayem & daun Kale hijau. Kemudian ditaburi keju dan sedikit coconut oil.
Voila … menu ketogenic Less carbohydrates
